T cells from vaccinated (immune) or nonimmune (control) mice were enriched using a Pan T-Cell Isolation Kit (Miltenyi Biotec). Approximately 3×10^7 T cells in 0.5 ml PBS were administered into each recipient naive BALB/c mouse intravenously through the tail vein 24 h before challenge. |
