制作方法Making method Eight Chinese-origin rhesus macaques were inoculated intrarectally with 3 × 10^6 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) SHIV-SF162P3 on day 0. Beginning on week 8 after infection, each macaque received ART (3TC/50 mg/kg/once daily + LPV/r/15 mg/kg/twice daily).During ART, macaques were vaccinated by the intramuscular route with three vaccinations with DNA vaccine expressing HIV-1CN54-gp140 and SIVMac239-gag at weeks15, 19 and 22. At week 26, a booster vaccination was given by intradermal route with replication-competent recombinant Tiantan vaccinia virus expressing HIV-1CN54 gag, pol and env -gp140 genes (rTVgpe) and SIV Mac239-gag.
