制作方法Making method ferrets were inoculated intranasally with a strain of SARS-CoV-2 isolated from a German traveller returning from China. Four donor ferrets were inoculated intranasally with 6*10**5 TCID50/ml of SARS-CoV-2 virus diluted in 500μl of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) (250 μl instilled dropwise in each nostril). The air flow rate from the donor to the recipient ferret was ~100 L min**−1and the temperature of the room was between 21 and 22 °C.
