| 淋巴细胞Lymphocyte | 10只感染猴外周血CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞比值在小剂量多次感染过程中呈现多次小幅度波动,总体保持稳定,其中G1016R、G1018R、 G1020R、G1021R、G1023R和 G1024R出现明显一过性下降,随后迅速恢复。随感染时间延长,G1016R、G1019R和 G1021R外周血CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞比值逐渐下降至0.43-1.0并维持倒置,而G1015R始终徘徊在1.0,其它感染猴稳定在1.0以上。10只感染猴外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对数在小剂量多次感染过程中基本保持稳定,存在小幅度的波动。56d后明显升高并维持在这一相对高水平,其中G1018R、G1020R和 G1022R在63d时升高约1000/μL,幅度较大,其余感染猴升高约500/μL |
