制作方法Making method Female BALB/c mice aged 6–8 weeks were injected intramuscularly (i.m.) with rNTD protein at a dose of 5 or 10 lg with 100 lL of aluminum hydroxide and 10 lg of CpG adjuvant.Mice were anesthetized lightly with isoflurane and transduced intranasally with 2.5×10^8 plaque-forming units (pfu) of Ad5-hDPP4 for rapid generation of a mouse model of MERS-CoV infection as described previously [31]. Five days later,the transduced mice were infected intranasally with MERS-CoV (1×10^5 pfu) in a total volume of 50 μL of DMEM.
