The comparative medicine big-data platform was established with the comparative medicine research from literature and experiment record. Through the integration of data resources related to comparative medicine, the metadata, data collection specifications and related tables were formulated. It contains 20 sub-database of laboratory animal resources, animal models, phenotypes and comparative medicine data. Including the whole process of data submission, input, review and publication.
