Three specific pathogen-free, 4–6-month-old hACE2 mice were intranasally inoculated with 1*10**5｜TCID50 of SARS-CoV-2 and placed in a single special-transmission cage (43*28*18cm).
On day 1 after inoculation, 13 naive-hACE2 mice were introduced with the inoculated mice to assess the effect of close-contact transmission. |
