Inoculation with MERS-CoV strain EMC/2012 was performed intranasally (100 µl per nare), orally (500 µl), intratracheally (500 µl) and ocular (50 µl per eye) with DMEM containing 4x10^6 TCID50/ml (total dose 5.2x10^6 TCID50).The marmosets in group II were treated prophylactically on day -1 with 25mg/kg REGN3051. |
