制作方法Making method Mice under lethal virus infection were intranasally inoculated with 104.6 TCID50 MERS-CoV (EMC2012 strain) in 20 µl Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM). After 24 h, the mice were intravenously injected with 2 mg/kg purified hMS-1 or the trastuzumab mAb control.
