Developed by Drs. Akiko Yuba-Kubo and Shioichiro Tsukita at Kyoto University in 2001. A Pgk-neo cassette was inserted to replace exon 5 og Tobg2 gene. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6 over 6 generation. |
