制作方法Making method Animals were intravenously infused with 30 mg/kg of mAb LCA60. Animals were inoculated with MERS-CoV (strain hCoV-EMC/2012) by a combination of four routes with a total dose of dose 5.2 × 10^6 TCID50 (intranasally with 100 μl in each nare, orally with 500 μl, intratracheally with 500 μl and in each eye with 50 μl of DMEM containing 4 × 10^6 TCID50/ml)
