Briefly, eight to ten week-old male mice were inoculated with 1 x 106 PFU of DENV2 EDEN3295 intraperitonealy (i.p) as previously described in [32]. Six hours after DENV2 infection, mice were treated with a single dose of bortezomib (1 mg/kg) via subcutaneous route (s.c) diluted in PBS solution. |
