制作方法Making method Common marmosets inoculated with 5×106 TCID50 of MERS-CoV in 500 µl of DMEM intra-tracheally.The animals were randomly assigned to one of four treatment groups in a non-blinded manner Each treatment group included three animals. We administered MMF intraperitoneally and interferon-β1b subcutaneously instead of intravenously or orally respectively.We initiated treatment with MMF and interferon-β1b at 8 hours post-inoculation (hpi).
